Psychological Safety- Creating Safe Teams will focus on entry level understanding of creating a psychologically safe environment for teacher teams. The key focus will be on collaboration and providing insight into potential benefits, as well as next steps on how to create a safe and trusting environment when working with adults. This course focuses on culture and climate (leadership competency) in schools.
