- Review the core characteristics of autism spectrum disorder
- Learn about the 3 most prevalent co-occurring mental health diagnoses
- Learn about other neurobiological factors that affect mental health
- Consider classroom/schoolwide strategies to meet students’ mental wellness and psychosocial needs
- Discuss ideas that support staff can use to create an environment that supports student mental health.
