Course Description More Details
Crisis Intervention is a mandatory course for all newly hired personnel. This course is self-guided and includes a link to DCF's course on identifying and reporting child abuse. Participants will warrant that they have reviewed all course materials and taken the DCF course when processing with HCPS. Participants must maintain the certificate of completion for the DCF course in their records.
