In this course, participants will understand the research and importance of the Gradual Release of Responsibility as an instructional delivery method. Participants will aslo explore the key components of an explicit model using think alouds,as well as utilizing checks for understanding to support student demonstration of learning. Participants must complete all 3 components to receive In-service points.
