Course Description
 More Details

In a world where work and life are more blended together than ever, maximizing staff wellbeing takes on even greater urgency. Increasingly, leaders must support mental health and cultivate resilience in staff-not only increasing engagement and performance. Improving wellbeing requires changing habits. This includes making it easier for staff to do things which are best for them long term. The key to this is identifying your own strengths and helping staff members aim their strengths toward high wellbeing. This course provides  tools to help create a thriving and resilient workplace culture. Book will be provided.
