This course is only for Alternative Certification Program Teachers and has required live virtual meetings.
Teachers will develop substantive understanding of six components of reading as a process: comprehension, oral language, phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, and vocabulary. ATTENDANCE AT ALL FACE-TO-FACE SESSIONS IS MANDATORY.
