During this session, leaders will learn how to develop teacher capacity using shared and distributed leadership. We will explore the importance of a strong Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) and showcase and explore the point and purpose of protocol-driven PLCs, strategic coaching support, and differentiated professional learning opportunities, among other things, all of which, ultimately, contribute to our school's success.
