This course is reserved for District Alternative Certification Program participants.  The first session is IN PERSON - your trainer will provide you with the rest of the schedule during class.

This course presents the knowledge, skills and strategies necessary to implement successful management of a K-12 classroom. The course is designed to improve teaching quality allowing educators direct access to classroom management research and research-based strategies to reach the ultimate goal of instruction, maximizing student achievement and helping students become responsible, self-disciplined learners.  The goal of this course is to increase the effectiveness of educators in creating a classroom environment in which learning and teaching can take place.
