Course Description
 More Details

Presented by Board Certified Behavior Analysts in HCPS, this course is specifically designed to help teachers and staff prevent and deal with those more extreme behaviors such as classroom disruptions, property destruction, and aggression. While this is a stand-alone course, we highly recommend that you complete our Behavior Basics series, Classroom Management Foundations and Handbook, The Real Story of Reinforcement, and Core Skills to Prevent and Manage Behavior Problems before exploring the 4Rs. In this course, you will learn methods to Respond to students who are escalating, Redirect inappropriate behavior before it gets worse, Reduce the occurrence of extreme behaviors over time, and Restore the student to the educational setting ready to learn.
