This course is designed for Technical School Support Representatives (TSSR) working in Hillsborough County schools, focusing on practical, hands-on repair sessions. Participants will explore a variety of technical topics that they encounter daily during their school visits. The curriculum includes troubleshooting hardware issues, software installation and updates, network connectivity problems, Audio Enhancement Troubleshooting, Jar Cart Troubleshooting and overall preventive maintenance techniques. By the end of the course, technicians will enhance their problem-solving skills and efficiency in maintaining school technology infrastructure.
