With guidance from the resource professors, teachers will collaboratively analyze PM2 data, comparing it to PM1 to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Through reflection, they will pinpoint specific skill gaps and instructional strategies to better support student growth. The team will then develop targeted action plans to address weaknesses and enhance student readiness for PM3.
