This training will equip teachers to promote the IB Learner Profile attributes and values with parents/caregivers.  Teachers will explore roles within the learning community and how those roles can support partnering with families, while considering how parents can be involved in the life of the learning. Teachers will create an "action plan" to support the IB standard "The school provides meaningful opportunities for legal guardians to contribute to the development and support of it's programmes."
