This course is for support personnel only. If you are taking this course during your regular workday, you must have permission from your supervisor/administrator. If you are scheduled to work during this course, there is no stipend. Evening/Saturday/Summer in-person class participants will receive a stipend of $9/hour for attending. Please note: The stipend will only be paid the first time you attend a course. 

 

This session provides participants with a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and will cover uses specific to clerical personnel. Topics include: creating and saving a workbook, entering data, resizing columns, inserting and deleting columns, freezing rows and columns, autofill, autocomplete, and basic sum formulas.
