Training in how to plan and carry out Oral History projects with technology support and connections to benchmarks in any middle school social studies course. This training will provide insights and methods used by Story Corps and the National Archives for students to capture oral histories.  It emphasizes strong Tier 1 instruction and integrates principles from the New Art and Science of Teaching, with a particular emphasis on academic ownership and engagement.
