Course Description
 More Details

Onboarding is about much more than "Where is my classroom?" and learning the ropes of the job.? Onboarding is a journey -- a foundational part of a teacher's experience. It's preparing them to be high performers. When it goes well, new hires feel a sense of belonging and learn what defines their success.?  This training is for teacher leaders that want to help integrate new hires to their schools and become productive team members.  Building relationships through community, addressing the needs & concerns from multiple angles of new hires and learning the ins and outs of the Induction process (TIP, TOP, ACP) will be the focus.  This training will help you become an Onboarding Ambassador.

This course is delivered in a face to face setting.
