Course Description
 More Details

This session will unpack the key levers of the Model of Instruction (MOI) and how they drive high-quality teaching and learning in Social Studies classrooms. We’ll focus on what effective instruction looks like and sounds like, and how to use the MOI levers—such as learning targets, checks for understanding, academic discourse, and student tasks—to ensure every student is learning at high levels. Teachers will leave with clear examples, planning tools, and strategies to immediately strengthen instruction.
