Course Description More Details
New educators to our charter group participate in a group called NESS. Throughout the school year they meet regularly with their mentor teachers and we meet as a group to discuss key topics that are often areas new teachers struggle with. They also work on building a binder with artifacts to demonstrate state competencies. This information is placed in their employee file.
