Course Description More Details
In this course participants will enahnce their abilities to recognize, prevent, and manage crisis behaviors using person-centered and trauma-informed responses. Participants will establish a common philosophy and framework for the culture of Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security of HCPS. Participants must complete one-hour of online pre-work prior to the face to face training.
