In today’s dynamic educational environments, strong collegial relationships are essential for fostering collaboration, trust, and collective growth. This one-hour professional learning session explores practical strategies for cultivating a sense of community among colleagues. Participants will engage in reflective dialogue, explore research-based practices, and discover tools to build collaborative, supportive and high-functioning teams.  Participants must attend the 60-minute virtual training and complete a corresponding assignment to be eligible for inservice credit.

Important: Participants must complete a minimum of three, but no more than six, virtual sessions and corresponding assignments to receive inservice credit. Credit will be awarded in a separate PDS course upon successful completion of all course requirements.
