Aligning Marzano’s High Reliability Schools with the 7 Mindsets
This professional learning session explores the natural alignment between Marzano’s High Reliability Schools (HRS) framework and the 7 Mindsets approach. Participants will learn how the Mindsets provide the language, culture, and student engagement strategies that support the five HRS levels—from creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative culture to ensuring a guaranteed and viable curriculum. By integrating the 7 Mindsets into HRS structures, educators and leaders will gain practical tools to strengthen school-wide systems, improve student outcomes, and foster a culture of shared ownership and continuous growth.
