This face-to-face session will engage site-based teachers and coaches in a deep analysis of Quarterly Monitoring Tool 2 (QMT2) results for Reading. Participants will examine student performance data with attention to subgroup trends, identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth, and collaborate to establish targeted instructional goals. Using guided protocols, teachers and/or school teams will translate findings into actionable next steps to improve classroom instruction, strengthen alignment with the district curriculum, and increase overall student proficiency.
