K-12 Reading coaches will collaborate and build a stronger understanding of The Impact Coaching Cycle through the research of Jim Knight. Coaches will participate in a two day intensive training focused on what cocahes should do to foster powerful improvements in teaching.Coaches will refine their ability to guide teachers to identify measurable, student-focused goals, set coaching goals, plan strategies and monitor progress for optimal impact on student achievement.
