PARTICIPANTS IN THIS COURSE MUST HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE INITIAL 12 HOUR NONVIOLENT CRISIS INTERVENTION COURSE and re-certification period was originally schedule for or after March 2020. The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention: Keypoint Refresher course is a thorough review of core components of the program. Participants will bridge and integrate key concepts for a broader understanding of crisis development. There is no stipend for this course. Social distancing will only be maintained when completing seat work but not when practicing physicals. There is a mandatory online prerequisite course before participants can attend the face-to-face course. No partial credit will be given.
