Course Description More Details
Session introduces use of leadership/teacher teams to support distributed instructional leadership/individual growth with development opportunities. Effective teams will allow a school to create a culture of "peer to peer" accountability. Participants will receive 10 inservice points for the following: 2 hours prep work, 2 three hour training sessions, and 2 hours post work. Pre-work will be sent following registrtion for class. Training sessions will include collaboration/reflection with peers about school leadership teams, followed with your school data collection. Post work will include devising a working plan to improve leadership teams for increased student achievement.
