In this self-paced Canvas course, participants will deep dive into the FELS Standard 6.  Participants will: Learn best practices to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and effective instructional team, promoting literacy achievement and academic success for all students; enhance personal learning and effectiveness through need-based professional learning, self-reflection, and feedback; collaborate with the school principal and content or grade-level leads to identify instructional personnel needs for improvement; create and revise a school-wide professional learning plan, fostering continuous improvement in both practice and outcomes.
