Part 3 - 6-8 B.E.S.T. Foundation Standard - Fluency - This course is for grades 6-8 ELA teachers who teach Intensive Reading and want to learn about each of the BEST ELA Foundational Skills Benchmarks and how they apply to secondary students who have a reading deficiency and need targeted instruction. These standards apply to intensive reading courses. However, all 6-8 ELA teachers are welcome to attend to learn how to better support all students as they develop into effective readers.
