 More Details

Personal, professional, and worldly stressors contribute to our overall health and wellbeing.  In this training, participants will develop a greater understanding of burnout, differentiating it from compassion fatigue, and will explore how self-care and after-care can assist with self-preservation.  Opportunities for open and authentic communication within this training will lead to collaborative brainstorming and planning to create an environment of support and innovation.  Furthermore, participants will reflect on practices to feel inspired and to "find your mojo" again while remaining productive and restoring/maintaining balance.
