Participants will review EdPlan (HCPS’s on-line Suicide Risk Assessment, and Mental Health Data platform), explore the documentation system, and answer any questions related documentation. This also includes how to upload external documents (such as signature pages, screenings, etc.) into the EdPlan system, managed by PCG (Public Consulting Group).
