In this self-paced Canvas course, participants will examine current practice to cultivate, support, and develop other school leaders to promote the academic success and well-being of all students.  This course is intended for participants who are interested in school leadership and who currently have Educational Leadership as an endorsement on their Florida teaching certificate.

This course is five modules, self-paced and will result in 4 hours of in-service credit that may be used for renewal of Educational Leadership endorsement.
