This course is for support personnel only. If you are taking this course during your regular workday, you must have permission from your supervisor/administrator. If you are scheduled to work during this course, there is no stipend. Evening/Saturday/Summer in-person class participants will receive a stipend of $9/hour for attending. Please note: The stipend will only be paid the first time you attend a course. 

 

This course is designed to address the benefits of creating a positive family and school partnership. Participants will learn various strategies to improve customer service, positivity, and problem solving, to increase the level of trust between the school and its constituents with a focus on embracing diversity within our communities.
