Teachers meet weekly to plan and collborate using the BEST Standards for ELA and Mathematics. Teachers attended vertical planning teams meeting , assisted in creating a grade-level scope and sequence that is based on focus standards.
Teachers also plan to create newsletters, lesson plan and work together to share best practices among teams and vertically across grade levels. Teachers, specials and special services met to discuss any gaps in instruction and best practies to close those gaps.
