Teachers attended 1-2 trainings with an on-site Leader in Me presenter at Lutz Prep.
New staff was trained in the 7 habits and returning staff members were trained with more depth data-focus training regarding LIM and assessments.
Teachers actively participated in LIM workshop. Team leads of LIM Action teams also met frequently throughout the year to discuss how best they can support staff.
