This course introduces participants to the the science of behavior and lays the groundwork for designing effective positive behavior intervention plans. Participants will learn, the functions of behavior, how to select appropriate replacement behaviors, and how to design and implementation of reinforcement systems

This course is being offered to all staff who at ESE Behavior Centers. Upon completion of the course, participants will be awarded 2 SWD points.
