Course Description More Details
THIS SESSION IS FOR SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGISTS ONLY.
Personal, professional, and worldly stressors contribute to our overall health and wellbeing. In this training, participants will develop a greater understanding of burnout, differentiating it from compassion fatigue, and will explore how self-care and after-care can assist with self-preservation. Participants will reflect on practices to feel inspired and to rediscover their “mojo," while remaining productive and restoring/maintaining balance.
