FOR HCPS SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKERS ONLY: School Social Workers will participate in activities that will contribute towards the School District's Strategic Plan and Vision. School Social Workers will connect with over thirty agencies and partners to enhance their knowledge of community resources. This knowledge will allow social workers to address barriers to student and family success. Each school social worker will also use this knowledge to update the school’s resource map.
