Participants will learn basic HR Protocols for hiring new employees, INFOR, and other systems will be reviewed. Information regarding evaluations, units, pools, transfers, supplements, agreements to earn, and non-reappointments will also be addressed. This training will help new and veteran principals learn how to navigate HR issues and concerns with less stress.
