Our job as educators is to provide new and better opportunities for our students. In this training we will look at The Innovator's Mindset by George Couros to identify strategies to foster innovation, encourage critical thinking, and inspire creativity in our students and classrooms. If we want innovative students, we need innovative educators! Innovation begins with you! Embracing an innovator’s mindset will support our wonderings and explorations as we become forward-thinking teachers & leaders. Innovation is not about a skill set; it is about a mindset!
