Course Description More Details
This 2 hour interactive Teams virtual training, including a pre-activity that you will complete on your own through the Canvas Course and follow up assignment, will provide new educators of K-5 students with the elements of effective social studies instruction, best practice for social studies lessons, resources available, and tips for having a successful year in social studies. All participants will receive 4 hours of inservice credit upon completion of all required elements of the session.
TEAMS meeting invites will be sent a day before the scheduled training date by the trainer.
All independent course assignments through Canvas should be completed prior to attending the TEAMS meeting.
