Presented by Board Certified Behavior Analysts in HCPS, the purpose of this course is to provide school-based personnel with practical tools and strategies that will enable them to coach teachers to implement positive, evidence-based behavioral techniques.
In other words, we want the Behavior Support Teams (or Behavior Intervention Teams) to be EFFECTIVE COACHES. This training will include learning how to work with teachers and staff who initially appear unwilling or unable to implement an intervention.
