Course Description More Details
This training is ONLY for School Social Workers. School Social Workers will receive training that will contribute towards the School District's Strategic Plan and Vision. In the morning session, participants will receive an overview of district Mental Health initiatives and an enhanced understanding of the difference between Title IX inappropriate sexual behavior and child-on-child abuse. In the afternoon session, School Social Workers will receive training on poverty awareness, services for students identified as homeless, and utilizing the Administrative Service Organization.
