Design thinking is an iterative process in which you seek to understand your staff and students, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions. The overall goal is to identify alternative strategies and solutions which are not originally apparent. This course will provide you insight and tools to approach challenges with novel solutions.
