Participants will engage in discussion and analysis of best practice and resources in providing feedback through the revised observation and evaluation process. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing observer skills using the Educator Evaluation Instrument and providing actionable feedback that leads to enhanced teacher practice and student learning. |
