This is Day 3 of the three day course for school-site Bookkeepers, Principal's Secretaries and Back-ups who will be responsible for School supply budget and all financial functions related to district budgets.
YOU MUST COMPLETE DAY 1 AND DAY 2 PRIOR TO ATTENDING DAY 3
Topics and areas of instruction today include:
- Receiving, Receiving adjustments, managing Accounts Payable reports, P-card transaction coding and monthly signature reports, Travel guidelines, policies and reimbursement.
