This asychronous course, offered through EVERFI, explores the history and experiences of Black people in the United States, emphasizing the achievements of Black leaders in business and medicine. It highlights trailblazing professionals and examines events and philosophies addressing injustices. Through interactive lessons, participants connect past and present to understand ongoing challenges. The final lesson was developed with Dr. Bernice A. King and scholars and experts from The King Center's education department.
