This leadership institute is designed for current high school department heads and coaches (grades 9-12) seeking to deepen their leadership capacity and stay informed on the latest instructional developments. Through a series of sessions, participants will engage in collaborative learning focused on effective leadership practices, department management, and school-wide instructional improvement.
Participants will also engage in a train-the-trainer model of learning for Professional Study Day with their content area supervisor.
