Leading From Within provides administrators with the ability to understand and respect students and faculty differences which is a crucial component of developing high-performing schools. Leading From Within provides a step-by-step approach for educators to reflect on their underlying beliefs, assumptions, and backgrounds. Principals and Assistant Principals will embark on a journey of self discovery, and essential skills for communicating and collaborating across backgrounds and experiences.
