This is the Speech-Language Program's Professional Study Day workshop for SLPs (district, charter, contract), SLPAs, and speech-language diagnosticians.
Participants will learn about factors to consider when determining need for speech or language therapy or support as a related service, using strength-based approaches to assessment and interventions, updates and precautions for safe eating procedures, current trends in alternative communication and assistive technology, and how to maximize their practice using the Microsoft platform.
