Course Description
 More Details

REQUIRED: Participants must have access to a rostered class of students.

*** Important *** This course consists of two hours of self-paced course work along with a one-hour PLC on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 5:00 pm. All participants must attend the scheduled PLC to be marked complete for the course.

In this SELF-PACED training, participants learn about Reading Progress in Microsoft Teams, and how to leverage the AI tool to perform efficient fluency checks in the classroom. Unlike other AI platforms, Reading Progress maintains teacher-student interaction, improving the experience for both groups of stakeholders. This four-week course provides weekly activities for teachers to create a Reading Progress assignment, assign it to their students, review their work, and provide feedback.

Note: Upon registration confirmation in PDS, you will be automatically enrolled in the self-paced course in Canvas and the course will appear on the Canvas Dashboard. If PDS registration is confirmed prior to the posted training start date, the Canvas course will not appear until then.
