Participants will learn healthier ways to view and manage stressors and life without having to turn to drugs, alcohol or vaping. The participants will have a better understanding of how certain thought patterns and actions can lead to becoming more dependent on negative shortcuts versus positive skill sets. The training will also examine cultural norms of social media and the impact it has on the choices people make. The training will also outline symptoms of drug misuse, prevention strategies and supportive resources for parents/caregivers.
