Course Description
 More Details

Grades 5-8 teachers are invited to participate in an online professional development training to prepare your students for writing proposals to have their experiment selected to fly to the International Space Station. Student Spaceflight Experiments Program (SSEP) Mission 18 will begin in the Fall of 2023. The training will be hosted by Gary Vaughn who will guide you through facilitating teams of students & what the science proposal entails. (Sounds harder than it is.) It is exciting to note that this will be the district’s 11th year of sending experiments to the space station!
